The  Eastern Districts Junior Cricket Association  (EDJCA) enables children to develop cricket skills, teamwork, sportsmanship and have fun by participating in the positive, friendly environment of club cricket.

EDJCA is the district association that  conducts the  U-9 to U-12  summer junior club competition  in Brisbane's Eastern Suburbs within the Bayside Easts and Redlands (BEARS) Zone of QLD Junior Cricket. Skill ranked juniors - typically U13 to U-17 - from EDJCA member clubs play in the BEARS competitions which includes clubs from Redlands Juniors, our peer district association under BEARS.

EDJCA's U-12 Rep Squad is the first level of  representative club cricket  and plays in the Ian Healy U12 Development Carnival held in Brisbane each January, the Margaret Torry Shield and the SEQC 20/20 Carnival in February. EDJCA also enters teams (U13 to U16) in a  winter junior cricket  comp run by the  Warehouse Cricket Association  which also hosts senior teams of our junior clubs or their affiliates.

EDJCA is an integral part of the  QLD Cricket Pathway to Senior Cricket  in the eastern suburbs and bayside.

EDJCA's affiliated junior clubs are as follows:
